SHIPPING INFORMATION

All parts orders are shipped and delivered via UPS or USPS on business days only (Monday - Friday) excluding holidays.  Eclipse & Spectre Complete Systems are shipped via motor freight. 

Saturday delivery available in some areas with extra charge.  Insured shipping available at extra cost.  

Please allow 1-2 business days for an order to be processed before it is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We're proud to offer international shipping. The actual shipping rate will depend on how many items you've purchased and the weight of each item. Once you begin the checkout process, you will see the actual shipping rate for your order. Remember, shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on http://ams-laser.com/ and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

One of the many perks of having a registered account with http://ams-laser.com/ is that you’ll be able to check on the status of your orders. Simply call or go to MY ORDERS. From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including the UPS tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number will take you directly to the UPS Website, where you can follow the progress of shipments. If you don't have an http://ams-laser.com account yet, you can easily set up one.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICIES

Please contact AMS at www.customerservice@ams-laser.com if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Upon receipt of returned goods, AMS reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.  AMS is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping if all shipping instructions are not followed.

1. REQUEST A RETURN

2. RMA# - Write the RMA# at the top of your Returns Form and include this form in your package.

3. RETURN SHIPPING LABEL - Within 1-2 business days of receiving your return request, we will send you a printable UPS return shipping label via email. We will deduct a percentage from your order refund for return postage when using the return shipping label. If you prefer to use your own method of shipment, we recommend sending your package to us via a traceable carrier and retaining any tracking information. We do not accept C.O.D. packages.

5. REFUND - Your refund will be in the same method of payment as your order. Please allow 10-14 days for a full refund of your returned merchandise.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - At this time, we do not offer the return label service for international orders. International returns should be shipped to the address above through a carrier of your choosing. Any additional duties or fees associated with the international returns incurred by Velvet will be deducted from international refunds.
